Leadership
Antonio Paulo Azevedo
One of the company's founding partners. As an entrepreneur executive, Mr. Azevedo developed and leaded complex business growth strategy, expansion and execution for leading consulting companies: Accenture (2014-1998), Gemini Consulting (1993-1998) and PWC (1989-1993).
At Accenture, as a Senior Managing Director (Partner) he was responsible for Connected Health Development in Latin America (2012-2014) and CMT Large Accounts (Communication, Media & High Tech) for Latam (1998-2012). Mr. Azevedo is Engineer from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a MBA from Universidade de São Paulo and Vanderbilt University
Marcelo Jaco Rodrigues
Partner and founder of Jacob Hessel. Mr. Jaco developed his career in PwC and Accenture where he led many Start Ups projects, Operations Structuring programs and M&As processes across different geographies. From 2013 to 2015 he was Managing Director of Harpia Capital, a Corporate Finance Advisory Company. From 2007 to 2012 he was Partner of JR Morgon, a Business Consulting Firm for Strategic Planning and Business Management. In 2008 he became partner and CFO of World Mineradora, a company focused on structuring projects in the mining area. Mr. Jaco has a Master Degree in Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and an MBA in Marketing from the Business School São Paulo.
Paulo Henrique Zago
Partner and one of the founders. With more than 15 years of experience, Paulo held several strategic positions in companies in the financial and telecommunications sectors. As entrepreneur, founded and led service companies in Sports and Food markets.
Paulo has extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Financial Modeling, Business Development, P&L Management, Transformation and Turnaround Projects, Mergers and Acquisitions and Post-merger Integration.
Paulo holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and holds a graduate degree in Business Administration from FAAP in São Paulo.
Chad Christensen
Founder partner of Jacob Hessel, Mr. Christensen is a member of the Nevada State Assembly where he serves as a Republican and one of the two minority whips. He is also currently running for the Republican nomination for the United States Senate. Mr. Christensen was first elected to the State Assembly in 2002 and has introduced a piece of legislation in the Nevada legislature patterned after Arizona’s recent anti-immigrant law. Christensen has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. He served an LDS mission in Argentina. Christensen and his wife Ashley are the parents of five children and live in Las Vegas.
Larry Mandell
Larry Mandell is a project finance and business development expert specializing in the infrastructure market. Mr. Mandell founded the firm with an emphasis in market strategy, business development and project financing services. His focus is on international infrastructure projects funded by the Multilateral Development Banks and related International Financing Institutions. Mr. Mandell has been engaged by companies and agencies such as AECOM, 3M, Khatib & Alami, HNTB, HDR, LSA, U.S. Trade & Development Agency (USTDA) and the United Nations Development Business (UNDB). His project focus includes energy, water and wastewater, and transportation projects. Internationally, he has successfully assisted firms in developing winning strategies and developed long-range project pursuit opportunities. Mr. Mandell also assists in securing funds, grants and loans for infrastructure projects in Latin America, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe.
