These private equity firms include traditional limited partnerships; the principal investment businesses of financial institutions, corporations and wealthy families; and entrepreneurs investing their own capital. Jacob Hessel understands the unique challenges private equity firms face deploying capital in portfolio companies, executing growth strategies and achieving exits to meet target returns. We are committed to assisting our private equity clients in successfully meeting these objectives. Our professionals have extensive experience in private equity, and have represented private equity firms in highly successful buy-side and sell-side transactions.
